Milk Kefir grains make your milk probiotic and digest the lactase. (not the casein) Easy to do and a family favourite of ours - we use to top our oatmeal, granola, make smoothie pops, smoothies and in baking. $20 includes the milk kefir active culture, emailed instructions and follow up support.
